These are the few questions that troubled the mind of people of the gone ages and hence they decided to come up with a solution to this.TRIAL.Regards who or what you are. As a result, the animal was put on trials and was routinely put to sentences for the crime that they have committed. At least they were not biased towards anybody. #2 Anything to Protect the King

Slavery has a profound and complex history. The way their were treated was brutal since time immemorial. Their main purpose was to protect their masters from anything and everything at every cost even the cost of their lives, because obviously their masters’ lives are more important than theirs (sarcasm intended).

Slaves back in Egyptian days were treated no different. They use to smear themselves with honey whenever they spotted any bees around their master in order for the bees to move away from the Pharaohs. That’s some painful and brutal service right there.

#1 The Bottom Wipers!

A lot of literature students and history students might be aware of King Henry VIIIs treatment of his wives. An easy way to remember the dates of his partners is “Divorced, beheaded, died, divorced, beheaded, survived”. But this was not the only bizarre thing Henry VIII did.

He used to have people called “Grooms of Stool”. And their job was the most interesting one ( obviously, not). They were kept to wipe his bottom. During his reign, he had four such people for this ultimate task, all of whom were knighted.
